Homemade Knee Boots, Doable?

So i have a bit of a dilemma, one of my westropp knee-brushing boots have gone 'missing' and after my horses accident a few years ago i don't want to risk her falling again. I had a small pair of knee boots and they were still far to big for her little legs. I also have a pair of these http://www.stockleyonline.co.uk/catalog/roma-neoprene-knee-boots-p-697.html but one of them has a split in it where she fell. She no longer falls but id rather not risk it. Anyone have any suggestions of how to fix them or make them? I can't really afford any atm with christmas and new year and i cant hack without

How little is she? I have some little knee boots not doing a great deal in my tack room.

They're not Jeffries, but basically the same design. I've had them on my 13hh pony in the past

Shes 14.2hh but extremely fine, only problem is im in Scotland. People on here are so lovely! x

If you don't take up Snow_Bell's offer and decide to have a go yourself then neoprene can be cut and shaped quite easily but you'll need to make a pattern or you will have a weird shape!
