Someone I know needs to writes a piece about why you should not get on from the ground the effects it has on your saddle, horses back etc

Also inc some info on sadlle fitting anyone know of any good websites she could refer to or any ideas for some topic headings, EG you should not get on form the ground cause it can twist your tree then carry onto explain in more details

It can ruin the saddle, the stirrups, the horse's health (back etc) and the rider's health (back etc). Expand a bit. Add some basic physics ie the leverage on the 3 different "elements" involved.
