Hood without head

Can anyone find/recommend me one that doesn't cost a bomb, preferable one that covers all of the chest and up to the wither.

Roma do one - think mine was about £15. It's a mane saver one so covers the whole neck up to his ears and then down over his withers, half if the chest is covered. Do a google search.
