Hoof boot recommendations please

I've only got experience of hacking out in Epics. No problem with those except my gelding swivels his back feet so the back one's used to spin round and then cut into his coronet. As his feet are oval, I packed the sides with some spare offcuts from his comfort pads - problem solved. They never came off even through water and thick mud but you need to get a snug fit.
Hope that helps.

I've used Easyboot Gloves and Renegades. The Gloves need a very good fit to stay on, though athletic tape around the hoof helped. The Renegades appear to be more forgiving. I do Endurance, which often involves considerable speed across extremely varied terrain.

For jumping, I'd be happy to jump in the Renegades, or I'd try Easyboot Glue-ons. On a surface, though, I wouldn't bother with any boots. I think both kinds now come with a studding option.

Do you have a local trimmer that has fit kits for the various kinds? Failing that, call the Hoofbootique; they're really helpful.

I had not thought of that I was hoping someone could fit them for me or help but have no clue if there is a trimmer near me will have to try find one
