Hoof boots to go over a shod hoof?

Do they exist!?
My mare was kicked by a horse with back shoes on the other day and shes very luckily come out of it with just bruising. The horse cant have her back shoes off but is there any kind of boot that could go over her shoes and stay on in the field to prevent her hurting my mares if she does kick again?

you could vet wrap them? lol I dont think anything exists except from the covering boots for mares but she may well struggle to even walk!

Thats what i thought but my friend is convinced you can get them?

Never seen them. I suppose you could hobble the mare but that just sounds cruel to me. What about electric fencing between them? Splt the field in half.

Definatly wouldnt do that!! Could do but the mare really doesnt cope well on her own, thats why i offered to let her in my field its such a difficult situation and i just dont want any of the horses hurt again

I used Boa boots over shoes when my tb was shod and pulled shoes off on a weekly basis. They can be used like this but it invalidates the warranty.

However I found them very slippery in mud and used them in the summer only
