hoof boots

I use old macs - they come in all sizes from teeny to massive. They are fab and have kept my old boy in work. He loves his trainers!!

I got mine for cheaper than that-think they came to £80 for the pair from eBay. there's no such thing as cheap boots for riding in IME unless you go for second hand.

thanks for the replies
the pony gets ridden on the LR so not ridden for too long at a time and only in the summer where the grounds abit hard,he does have sore soles atm though

hes fine in the winter

What size her his feet? I'm about to sell my size 1 (110mm-117mm long) cavallo simple boots. They were used used on a 11.2hh pony and were a godsend. So easy to put on and he found them comfy.

I recommend Cavallo, my 15.2 sheds his shoes at the most ridiculous times. I rode round Ledbury for a Lucinda Green clinic on three shoes and a Cavallo. Through streams, all the jumps ect. Brilliant.

I love my easyboot gloves! Bought a pair for my ex racer, bear in mind horse hasn’t hacked out for six months as we’ve been going barefoot so as you can imagine we’ve had a few rather excited hacks with a lot of leg waving, they’ve done road work and long grass no problems and they haven’t skippedove them!

They are also so quiet, most hoof boots I’ve seen make a “welly slop” noise but these are really quiet. Like a ninja horse! :D

Paid £45 each for my boots but they were direct from my EP.
