My boy had his back shoes removed on 10th July. Started off well but is now footy on stones, improving slightly but it's causing me concern. The pics I'm posting are comparisons from around 2/3 weeks ago (left photo) to tonight (right photo)
What changes do you see? I think his heels are higher?
I see slight thrush still round his frog- is that enough to cause footiness? I've been treating with diluted 6%hydrogen peroxide
He's out 24/7 and I've just started him on pro hoof by progressive earth- feeding with a tiny bit of ss purabeet- when he eats it!!gr!
He's in moderate work mostly in the school ATM because our hacking requires walking down a longish lane which is super stony
Any comments / cc/ recommendations on these feet are more than welcome!
