My warmblood has wide but short front feet; we tried the Easyboot wide fit-kit, and even the biggest size 3 was about 1cm too narrow. (This was straight after a trim)

Can anyone suggest other brands that may fit him? Thanks!

Easyboot Old Macs (the original version, not the G2). They aren't making them anymore but you might find a pair of old stock or second hand. I think I have a couple of old pairs that I'd sell - can have look if you're interested.

Yes please.

I think I can fit his hinds ok, so it's just 2 x fronts that I need. I suspect something like 148mm wide but will get new measurements now he's had a trim… back later tonight!

I am looking at hoofboots for my ID who also has feet about 20mm wider than the lenght havent actually tried any yet but have googled the old macs G1 as these seem to be the only boots that fit this type of foot and some stockists still have them I think one was the saddleryshop or some such name

I've definitely got one pair of G1s, and can find one of another pair - didn't have time for a proper look though. I can't find the size on them, but the larger pair were worn by a horse who went into G2s size 8, and the smaller one (hopefully pair) were equivalent to a G2 size 7 - slightly different proportions though. Let me know if they might be of use and I can look properly/measure/send pictures. I got these before the G2s were invented so they are old boots but still have plenty life in them.
