Hi, has anyone had any dealings with this shop over the internet, i ordered items in april and i have recieved one thing and about 50quid outstanding...i have asked for money back but they dont reply,just wondering if there have been any other bad dealing with them.
 
Doesn't sound like a very kosher company if you ask me.

I thought your post was gonna be a funny cos when you say the name quickly it sounds like "who farted equestrian" !!!! LOL

Not had any dealings with them though, sorry.
 
They are pretty hopeless I'm afraid - barge pole territory. I ordered from them once, the entire order took 3 weeks and not one thing in it was correct. I got a refund from them including what it had cost me to send the stuff back. My theory is they do not keep any stock and order from their suppliers when they get an order in, hence the ridiculous delays.

There have been a few posts on here about them....none complimentary.
 
Yes, I dealt with the once last year in October. Ordered the Harry Hall Santiago coat and trouser set for my son and it took three weeks to get to me. They did answer one of my emails saying that it had to be "back ordered" and it eventually came but I would not use them again either. Their prices are cheap but you take a risk getting your item! I don't believe they actually keep any stock in either, they just order it as they get the orders in.
 
Ive ordered 4 saddle covers from them - 2 the ride in the rain sort, and 2 mark todd ones. 2 ride in the rain ones have arrived - instead of black - they are illuminous yellow and no news on the mark todd ones... this was 3 wks ago - they dont reply to emails....

I ordered a medical armband from them for an event I was doing. It took a month to arrive, I tried emailing, ringing, etc, never got a reply. Ended up having to get one from elsewhere.

You probably will get your stuff, it just may take some time!
 
I ordered a fleece rug from them - it took two months to arrive! Although all credit to them for trying as they called me twice with updates. You probably will get it eventually, might be a long wait though by the sounds of things.
