I will be ringing up later today but thought I would post on here asking first.
Has anyone had any dealings with them, good or bad?
I ordered some boots on monday (online), recieved an email with my order conformation and number but they have still not taken the money out of my bank account so obviously haven't arrived yet.
Has anyone had this with them as well or is it a one off with me?

I've ordered off them before and stuff has come through fine. If I understand your post correctly, you only ordered 3 days ago - that isn't long to give a company for delivery before you're starting to worry!!

I found them very helpfull, when I ordered a fly rug and it didn't fit the gave me my money back no problem, just give them a ring and say your just checking the order is ok as the money hasn't come out yet

You need to give them a bit more time to process & post off your order, you only placed your order on Monday. It's a little soon to start phoning them. they haven't taken the money out of your account yet so don't worry

I ordered boots on tuesday, they told me they where waiting for a delivery on wednesday so should receive them today. I would give them a couple more days to cover delays before worrying.

Thanks all, I emailed them and it is because the order failed for some reason so awaiting a call back from them.

Well I placed an order Mon am, got confermation email. Then after 'someone' posted about how amazing their service was & next day delivery I had high hopes.

Only today to I get a shipping email but typically the one thing I really wantd I have only now been informed that it is out of stock.
I wouldn't of ordered the rest if it wasn't for them! Humph.
Oh well shall see what lands on Monday.

I have bought stuff from 2 of their shops (Beaver Hall and Somerford Park). My friend has reserved stuff over the phone for collection in a shop and found them fine too.
