Yes have you used them a few times. Just be aware that they don't seem to keep their own website up to date with stock availability so check on e bay as all their stock seems to be advertised on there too. I've had a few things in place of what I actually ordered ie different colour boots because what i wanted wasn't in stock. I think the postage differs between ebay and the store too, sure one is cheaper

I had problems when ordering from them, partly due to stock levels not being updated on the website as Skyebald said.

They weren't bothered about rectifying their mistakes to be honest and took ages to reply to emails and phone calls.

This may have been a one off though.

Now thats good service. I have ordered 2 of them now so hopefully they will be here sooner rather than later as 2 of mine are in mw/hw rugs as they not got a lw so needed to get them one as it's bit to cold for them to be naked, but they getting hot in their thick rugs.

Fab service, have used them many times. The website isn't stock controlled but I think it says that somewhere on it, they have an ebay store too if you want to check availability of items

I have bought through them once via Ebay and was pleased with the speedy delivery.

Although more recently I have emailed them - Several times to enquire as to whether or not they have a certain size of boot in stock and no one has got back to me yet.....

I didnt know they had an ebay store, Ive never noticed that on the site, but I dont have paypal so usually avoid ebay as most people seem to want paypal. Am off to have a look though.
