Ordered two items from Hope Valley Saddlery on Tuesday night, and they arrived this morning! Items are lovely, and got a free packet of Polos as well! Thank you Hope Valley

I've had a few things from them and they too arrived very quickly, am currently waiting for something that I ordered on 21st jan and still no sign of it!!!

I've ordered from Hope Valley before and items came quickly ... But customer service is appalling if get faulty goods. Felt like I was hitting my head against a brick wall trying to get a response from them. Think the only thing that got a response from them was the threat of trading standards. Shall be avoiding them in future.

I have always had excellent service from them, including when I have had to return something. They have always been lovely.

I had a fantastic buy in their Kingsland sale, perfect present for my sister.

First time I used them they were great. Second time on 11th Dec, ordered a few items incuding 2 JW Training aids which were Christmas presents. (not just my items) The 2 JW Training Aids were late coming, well 1 came 2 days before Christmas, the other didnt appear. Rang Customer Services who were appalling, never returned phone calls or email, never responded to my comment on their Facebook page, (which was in no way offensive) and was deleted and I was blocked. To say I and my friend were disappointed was an understatement!

Second JW Training aid eventually came on 6th January and after I had sorted out the situation myself by dealing with their Somerford Park store direct which it turned out was where they came from. The lady who I spoke to there was so helpful, returned my call and let me know when the item could be expected to arrive. Customer service at its best, she could do to give the Head Office a lesson or two!!!

So.....when they are good they are good, when they are bad...............totally useless!! Will stick to Throstle Nest Saddlery in future...!

Sounds like our experience of head office were pretty similar Izzwizz!

I've been to their stores before and service has been okay, but my experience of head office & their lack of service is enough to stop me using their stores again. Think their head office staff could do with some customer service training.

Totally agree! I now think of them as "Hopeless Valley Saddlery!
