Hopetoun House Intro

Has anyone done the Intro course at Hopetoun House? Thinking of taking my youngster there for his first real event and wondered what it is like.

Hi there,

I did the intro there last year with my boy, it's a nice 1st course with nothing too demanding, the time was generous last year, we got 9 too fast faults and almost everyone was within the time.

Beware the dressage though, it's split so make sure you know which end of the park you are at!

All in all it's a really nice event.

Make sure you allow plenty of time as the traffic for the Forth Road bridge easily adds on an hours travelling time.

Yeah, Hopetoun's a good first Intro. I'm taking my youngster there for his first BE! I think I'm looking forward to it....

Oops just realised I posted twice!

Nope not been out since Scone, hoping to do Hopetoun PN but due to a few things I haven't sent my entry off yet as not 100% sure I can go yet!
