So I finally moved this weekend!

What I cannot believe is how much horse stuff I have collected over the years... especially rugs!!

So far I have come across:

9 bridles
35 bits
40 bandages
I am going to guess at 40 rugs
Thousands of grooming brushes
A few dozen bottles of coat shine, shampoo - all half used!

Just wondered if anyone has any 'guidelines' i should stick too as what ONE horse REALLY needs!!??!!

his is my problem-

ive moved from DIY where I had three stables and a tackroom ro myself to livery were they allow 2 turnout rugs per horse and provide a small cuboard for everything else... I cant bring myself to get rid of anything!!

I moved quite a lot so I've managed to get by on what I need. I do seem to collect head collars and haynets which is odd coz I don't use haynets!!

I have the same prob, i am moving in a couple of weeks and had converted one of the bedrooms in the house into a tackroom, had a good look yesterday and partner said he is just going to get me a 20ft trailer to use as a tack room as the house is just being taken over, and that does not include the half a garage i have taken over with rugs.
I just cant seem to get rid of anything i also think i may need it one day,

Can I suggest the boot of your car makes wonderfull storage!

Lol, I am limited at the yard with space for rugs etc.. hense car boot/back seat make great storage! lol it does whiff a bit thought.
