I had an awful dream last night. And I cant get it out of my head. I guess I have been quite lucky, I had nightmares for a week or so just after the accident, but nothing until last night. It wasnt the accident in my dream, but it was a dream where benson died. And I feel today like i am mourning him again, from the start.
After such a positive few weeks, I really am having a crap day!

The mind plays tricks on us all, not always nice ones. Your response is natural but life goes on & we are letting ourselves down if we don't make the best of it. I'm sure you will feel more positive in a bit. Take care

Oh Benson, I am so sorry to hear that you have been through so much, and my heart goes out to you, I really do not know how you have coped I feel truly humbled by you, I know I would not have been able to deal with anything half as bad as what you have had to. Dreams are really horrid when they are like that they seem so real and seem to stay with you. Please try and put it down to a horrid dream I am sure Benson would not want you to be so upset all over again, easier said than done I know,I really hope that your day gets a little better, please take care.

I'm sorry to hear you're having a crap day , i think you can probably put your nightmare down to the fact that you may have read a few stories lately about others having / witnessing accidents and it's all just going round in your head and forming dreams. I don't know your / benson's story but i'm guessing it's something that's going to be with you for life - it's your life story and is imbedded in your memory whether you like it or not , and these things have a habit of flooding back to us when something else like another story or picture triggers them. Chin up sweetheart., soldier on..
