hi there.

just wondering if anyone has seen horse and country tv on sky (channel 295)?? if so, what do you think???

i love the fact they're finally trying to highlight horses and country life, however, think the programmes leave a little to be desired at the moment!

your views????

I am loving all of it except the teleshopping that has no prices and the fact i have commited to memory the Biotin advert and will never have a need for it and the annoying Chudley dog food add

I watched coverage of the Royal show but got fed up of all the interviews with riders. Great to finally have a horsey channel though

I think I can cite Whittakers masterclass back to front now - but we should still support lest they remove!! Arguing with OH re golf, racing and horse telly - need another sky box now!!

I am leaving it on even when not really watching it to help the ratings so it doesn't disappear

I have also learned a lot about showing cows and also pig farming! There was quite an interesting programme on about the dray though.

In the UK, TV ratings are measured by the Broadcasters Audience Research Board (BARB), which bases its figures on a sample 5,100 households. The panel has been chosen to be as representative as possible, with varying geographic location, age, social class and gender. If you are not in that sample group, leaving the TV on makes no difference!
