We read with interets the articale regarding the ballot system and the use of a slot system.
It seems amazing that its only being tested it seems very much more satisfactory.
A small plea to those in charge however we compete two horses at ameteur level purely for fun and pleasure as im sure most do, events need to think about us grass roots riders that compete mostly within 100 miles of where we live and make sure that the proffessionals dont just book all the spaces months in advance for their strings of horses.
We do plan in advance for our local events but sometimes you cant get in five or six months in and advance
I know that organizers want to make a profit from events but you will kill the grass roots if the proposed price hikes happen we are in a expensive sport as it is dont kill off the likes of us otherwise like bsja numbers will decrease
anyway enough of my rant
