Horse artist recommendations

I'd love to have a painting of my horse - something really natural that captures him perfectly.

Does anyone have any recommedations?

I was on the same yard as her

and she's shown me some of her portraits. Someone who used to go down the yard a lot used to breed Arabs and Palominos and she did a great oil of one of his Arabs. She does watercolour and others as well

Pam Reed - I comissioned her to do a picture of my sisters horse and its just gorgeous. She managed to catch her kind but alert eye and you can almost see her ears flicking backwards and forwards.

I really like the one you posted about echodomino. Pam Reed's is the style I'm after, but it's a bit out of my price range!

Rebecca Kitchin's work is really nice Law, maybe a bit too modern for me. But it's still so lovely.

PS: looked at Pam Reed's site, my style is similar to hers though i use oil paints and am much less expensive!
