With all the different treatments available, just pondering what people would generally go for just for a routine check, no specific issues. McTimoney? Osteo? Sports Massage Therapy? Bowen?

OH has had Raz a few months now and had all the other checks done so just back to sort. Fab could do with one also - he last had a McTimoney practitioner in Feb.

I would always go with McTimoney Chiropractic first. IMHO there's no point in treating muscle spasm or soreness if it's being caused by skeletal misalignment - deal with the cause rather than the symptoms.

If he had Mct in Feb... I'd go physio next time.

On a horse that has no "known" issues, I'd always get chiro out, then six months later physio
