Horse bit bank!!!

They are a bloody nightmare!!!
I ordered a bit off them and they said it would be with me the following week, a week later no bit so i phoned again and they said it will be with me next week, 5 weeks later (i actually forgot i ordered it!!) i phoned them again, said how unhappy i was and asked for a full refund, 'yes no problem, ill get that done for you now, were very sorry'.... That was 3 weeks ago. Im getting very fed up now! Never will i order off them again!

See my post a few pages back... i got a reply from the owner of the company yet i have still had no contact. Im a specialist complaint handler for a bank and i shall be taking the matter further.

I bought a bit from them at YHL and i asked for a 5 1/2 inch 12mm team up loose ring snaffle.... got given a 6 1/4. If i send it back i may have neither so have been doing some investigating with my knowledge of complaints and trading standards on the best way to tackle this.

If will all sit back and do nothing these companies will keep getting away with it. All i ask a response in a reasonable and action time frame and for promises to be kept.

My research has also realved they took over shop4bits whom i was done over with.
