Horse bit shop- refunds

Has anybody had any problems with getting refunds from the horse bit shop.?
I sent the bit I had on trial back in time and they still charged me, and tried to get refund and not had it yet, been nearly 10days, and couldnt get through on phone.?

I've never dealt with them but they are well known for their appalling customer service. There's lots of threads about them on here.

I think most issues get resolved in the end though.

Yes! Worst company EVER!!

Keep trying the phone line - that's the best way of getting hold of them. They did pretty much refund me in the end after about a month and a half (not quite the right amount, but I can't be bothered with the hassle of arguing for another £3.

I think Odders on here might work there (from a previous thread), could try a PM?
