Yes I bought a Neck Cover from them that I was struggling to source. I rang and got sizing advice and they were so nice and helpful. Ordered and it arrived really fast. I would use again.

Not used them for ages but they have been round a long time, my Mother knows the lady who started the shop, I think it's her son thet runs it now.

Well they have been less than helpful and do not have the courtesy to reply to emails and have refunded me less than they should have when I sent an item back they supplied which wasn't the make I ordered. Not impressed at all and would not use this company again. Shame really as the did seem helpful in the beginning, when I spoke to a woman, who rang me to see if I'd accept an alernative colour, which I accepted but then they sent out an item that wasn't the same make as I originally ordered which I feel is misleading. Maybe they thought they were helping but when I order something specific and a certain brand I expect to receive it as with the change of colour, they should have asked if it mattered if it wasn't the make I ordered which is clearly shown on their website. I couldn't find the alternative they sent on the website anyway.
