Horse breeder's case fails at court

Not that surprising though, really. Just the next step in the usual drama of having horses, particularly in partnership. I suspect there's more to the story, as there always is.

I can sort of see the breeder's point, though. If the mare does go and have a bad time of it, it could very well impact on her future. It only takes a minute to ruin a horse, no matter how much we'd all like to think otherwise. It seems odd that he should suddenly decide the person who qualified the horse is not capable of riding it at that level but if she hasn't done well at that level previously I can see the cause for anxiety. Hard to know without knowing the details. Perhaps he has another rider in mind . . .
 
Really? It is a bit of a slur against her, would it damage her reputation? At least the judge has ruled in their favour.

I don't own a horse, but even dogs owned in partnership can end in disaster....
