horse burping ???

my mare has always burped so i'm use to it but she takes people by surprise who have been around horses for years. does anyone elses burp?

Yes mine does! The vets didn't believe me until they saw it for themselves!

my horse burps... often right in my face. i swear he saves it up deliberately... it honks when he's just eaten his dinner (got garlic in it)

Farra does - nothing wrong with her, but does go round doing little burps. Her fav trick is to creep up behind you in the field and burp in your ear, seems to be her way of saying hello.
