Ok, a little bit of an odd one here but anyway.....
A couple of weeks ago I was moving my pony to home (from livery). So went to Scats and picked up some Alfa A which is what he has been on. Now, pony has been in full livery with my friend who I trust totally and it has been about 20 years since I mixed my own feeds - back then it was all oats, barley, bran etc. which all came in brown paper sacks - none of this modern stuff! Anyway, to cut a long story short, they were quite short on Alfa A, I was in a hurry, and I grabbed the first bag I saw without realising it was Alfa A Oil. Now, I have a Sec A who doesn't do a lot, and I should have grabbed the Alfa A Original, but not being familiar with the colours of bags of this 'new fangled' stuff, I made a mistake. So went back to Scats today and they will not exchange feed in case I have tampered with it.
So, I have a bag of Alfa A Oil. Does anyone know someone who may want it. Would prefer a charity close by and happy to drop it off. Needs to be used by end of Nov 10. No use to me as pony has a sensitive tum at the best of times and don't want to risk it with this, (once I read the details on the bag I realised that straight away, I'm not that bad!!). Couldn't bear to think that all I can do with it is throw it out.
(Please no criticism about how I look after my horses and how could I not have realised, it was just a silly mistake and now I am just trying to make use of what I have!)
