It would seem so. I wouldn't be too hasty cancelling your sub though - expect a miraculous recovery under different ownership..

Hopefully a different owner will produce content we actually want to watch instead of recycling age old US and Oz second rate rubbish. Sorry H+C I was all behind you when the idea was mooted but you have failed to deliver.
