Horse Dealers

Hi,

my friend is trying to sell her horse as he has proved to be far to challenging for her with him being very sharp nappy and does rear to try and get out of doing what she wants him to do and all she wants to do now is to get rid of him is there any dealers or places you would suggest to advertise such a horse we are in scotland but it doesnt matter how far he has to travel to be sold, its got to the stage where we just want a quick sale before he hurts himself and she doesnt have the time to put things right no matter how much we can think off

no not yet he's on adhorse at the moment and up in local tack shops and we've emailed a few dealers to see if we can do a part exchange but have heard nothing back yet i'll try that thanks

What to bear in mind with the dealers is that they're able to get wetherbys reg TBs for a few hundred pounds which are green but no 'history'.

This puts a problem horse into perspective - if he is genuinely a problem then reputable dealers don't want to know, in case he subsequently hurts someone and they are held liable, or even just damaging to their reputation.

However it always amazed me what people will pay privately for horses, i'd try adtrader.
