Casually mucking out my horse tonight (she's tied up outside the stable) and talking to one of the liveries i hear this clip-clop of feet outside and dismiss it as Ebony just paddling around so i say "stand" and think no more of it. 5 mins later friend leaves stable after a good ranting session and comes back 2 seconds later saying "have you turned ebony out?" i reply "er.. no she's on boxrest" he replys "where is she?" we both go outside and she is nowhere to be seen! 
So i'm running around like a headless chicken panicking about her leg anyhow after a few minutes i find her walking towards the other yard- quite happy and calm about her little secret excursion
i say Ebony and she just turns round and looks at me like she is surprised at my panicked face 
Anyhow she is back in her stable now which is good, i just can't get over how casually she looked at me when i caught her she looked like she was saying "hey mum, i was just stretching my legs!" cheeky little beggar! Ill take her to mr Pritt Stick yet!
