I saw Nigel today in his stable, very sore, huge knee, staples in face, holes at front and back of knee. The worst thing is he is traumatised, panics if he hears a lorry coming into yard etc so even if he recovers physically it could take some time for the mental scars to go away. Rider still off work. Poor Nigel and poor Lisa, he was about to do his first PSG, they did not deserve this.
I hope they lock him up and take his licence forever, this driver should never be let back on the roads again.

I don't know anything about the law, but I too would say that. Surely thats the same as deliberately aiming for a cyclist which likely would be counted as attempted murder?
Is not exactly reckless, although it is dangerous but done with intent, which would surely make it not dangerous driving but instead attempted manslaughter/murder?
Poor Nigel! And poor Lisa & Natasha.
What the f*** is wrong with people?!
Best wishes for a speedy recovery & hoping that the mental scars will fade too
Speedy recovery to both, but I'm sure the mental damage will be worse than the physical.
What an absolute ****hole!! It's absolutely disgusting - and to be proud of it as well?? I bet when it goes to court he'll plead for being mentally unstable or some other rubbish - lock him up and throw away the key - don't let him breed!
