Horse dentists in Cumbria

Does anyone know of a good horse dentist that works in Cumbria? I cant get in touch with the one I usually use and I'm desperate!

Have a look on here and see if there is anyone local. I'll only use someone who is registered with these after being misled by an untrained 'dentist'....

I use Noel McCormack and i'm in Nprthumberland and he may travel over. May be worth a phone call.

irishdraught Ive tried James Noble before and for some reason Star really didnt like him, he was awful for him, I tried another dentist and he was fine. I cant get hold of the other one though, hes called Jan Saayman I think, the number I have for him wont work. Is Mark Thorne good? Ive been trying to get hold of him.

I have used Mark Thorne but it was a lot of years ago, no problems with him but I prefer to use my vet who is based in Penrith. She does a mighty fine job although I understand that people prefer to use specialist dentists.

Sally Kingsley also covers the North, qualified BEVA dentist but she is very expensive.

I had to get the vet out to Star on Tuesday as he stopped eating properly and it turned out he had a really sharp tooth, (I dont know why because I had them done three months ago) and after she took the edge off it she told me to get a dentist to balance them. His poor mouth bled quite bad and he still seems a bit sore, is that normal?

That's who I use kirst - wouldn't use anyone else now. Liz Jackson tends to do the teeth of ours.
