Can anyone help?

We have recently
seized (under the Hampshire Act 1983) a horse that has been regularly
tethered on council land. This horse has not been reclaimed and I urgently
need to find a good home for him to prevent him from going to the sales. He
is a piebald cob, approximately 15hh and is a stallion. Despite this he has
a calm and kind disposition and no vices that I know of. He has now been
microchipped and passported. I have no idea whether he has been backed or
whether he is trained to harness. He is currently in Hampshire. If anyone
knows anyone who may be interested in him please can they contact me on 023
8068 8337.

Sorry can't help, hope you manage to rehome him. I hope he will be gelded before he is rehomed, there are far to many horses out there as it is.
