Any suggestions as to what could be causing?
It started a couple of weeks ago on his weaker rein (left rein). He doesnt do it on a straight line / out hacking. Only when turning in the school and when hes being pushed out of his comfort zone (i.e. keeping him together hes a big long horse). Also seemed to do it in the same place (although not all the time) where the school surface is slightly deeper. No one has been around to watch him but he really bumps behind (like Ive driven over a pothole!!) and changes. Any experience of what could be causing and who I should be getting to look at him?? Physio/chiro?? He is sound, went out last weekend and got 64% in a novice class. He didnt do it in the test but did once in the warm up, which was a lot tighter space.
He has a loooong history of back issues but taking the above at face value would welcome any suggestions! The issues BTW were never got to the bottom of (had a bone scan in 2008 which came back clean).
Thanks
