horse euthanasia/collection nottingham area?

Can anyone recommend a horse disposal/collection firm/person/whatever in the Nottinghamshire area? Do any of the local hunts do collection/euthanasia?

I had my very old mare PTS by vet and cremated by an equine company as she was an extremely precious horse that had been with us for over 20 years but I would not be interested in paying for individual cremation in this particular circumstance.

Im just getting my facts/options together right now. Not making any kind of rash decision without exploring all the options including full retirement etc. This is a horrible thing to think of.

The South Notts hunt (based in Epperstone) will pts a horse by shooting but cannot deal with the carcass, and I think this is pretty much the same with all the local hunts Grove & Rufford, Quorn, Belvoir, Blankney. I believe there is a collection service based in Newark. You can find the South Notts details on their website. Hope this helps.
