Horse exchange/swop ?

My youngster is destroying my confidence,even though Ive had her since she was a foal and am very attached to her I am thinking it would be in both our interests to move her on,in the current market though this may be a problem.
Would it be feasible to advertise her as an exchange or swop,for something quiet and suitable for a happy hacker,she is quick to learn and with an experienced rider is completely different to when I ride her,we tend to wind each other up as its a confidence issue.Thoughts on this idea would be gratefully recieved.

Definatley worth a try, I have had no luck with mine that way but you never know who is out there till you try. Selling /trading/swapping never easy. good luck

It is feasible in theory but may be more difficult in practise as it will mean trying to find someone that actually wants her and has a horse that you really want in exchange.
I would put in an ad for sale with a price, put a full description and say will consider a swap for a happy hacker, that way you will keep your options open, someone without a horse may not contact you otherwise.
If you are worried about showing her to people get an experienced friend or instructor to do it, the buyer will not mind if you are honest and say that she goes better for them.
