I am thinking of looking for a little project as we need a companion pony shortly.

I would like a smallish pony (to make under 13.2?)

Mare or gelding

Ready to be backed, so 3 or 4 maybe, don't mind if it still needs some groundwork

I would like an unusual colour, palomino, dun, roan, coloured, spotty etc, as this will be a project to sell on.

Nothing with health problems no sweetitch etc.

Must be big enough to be backed by daughter who is 81/2 stone.

No evil little b*****ds either please.

As cheap as possible

Anyone know of anything?

There are quite a few inHorsemart as I have been looking for something similar but bigger! But I wanted mine for keeps and not as a project
ETA I went to see a New Forest Stud reduction In essex and they had many of what you are after actually- all around the £1000- £1500 mark so not sure what price range you are after though!

Theres usually some nice project type ponies on Horsequests' £1000 and under section. The local free ads might be worth a try too.
