Does anyone know anything about the horse that was found dead one Saturday night about three weeks ago on the Warwick Road by the Black Boy Pub just past Knowle, Solihull?
My friend was driving home from our yard about a half mile away and she found a couple of cars stopped in the road and a man flagging down cars. She stopped to ask if there was anything she could do but the horse was dead and been covered with a taurpaulin.
The men that were there had called the police and they were on their way. My friend was quite shook up. Apparently it had escaped its field.
Its never been in the paper or on the local news or anything, and despite loads of google searches I've never found anything about how it happened or if they caught the driver who presumably had driven off. Its like its all been swept under the carpet, very strange.
