I am looking for briddle that is as comfortable for my horse as possible, and have found few anatomically / ergonomically designed ones. Micklem is one I have been thinking about buying, so before I toss quite an amount of monkey to this spesific design, I wanted to ask if you people had any other suggestions for a briddle that bothers a horse as little as possible. Something that won't put pressure tio big veins or nerves while I start slowly taking walks with my horse. He is a rescue, and I have no clue if his behaviour issues have been more pain related than anything else, because this far he has been a gentleman 97% of the time. Vet looked In his mouth, and suggested me getting a thick and heavy olive- or D-Ring bit, which I did. But I don't quite like the briddle I have, because it seems to bring him discomfort.
