horse given bute, wasn't supposed to ?

my YO mixed up the horses breakfasts this morning so my horse got a breakfast with half a sachet bute in it and shes not on any painkillers at all as shes in cracking health
will she be okay??? :/

Don't worry, it's like you taking paracetamol when you don't have a headcahe. As long as no allergy is present (and you'd have found that out pretty quickly), then there is no risk.

She'll be fine hun. As others have said, just like taking an aspirin. But maybe your yard needs a better system for administering drugs in feeds in case it happens again with something that WOULD matter.

it won't do your horse any harm but i'd be a bit concerned about the horse who went without it's bute.
