Horse hair loss?

My mare has lost hair all around her tail but her tail is fine so its not scratching? It is as if it has been rubbed away, I don't have her that long but the previous owner has never seen it before, pictures can be seen on a board I created in Pinterest on the link below

Had the vet out but he isn't 100% sure so tests are being carried out

Can't access the image - but pinworm, ringworm or sweet itch are possibilities. If she really isn't scratching then ringworm? Best to ask the vet really.
