Horse Hair Necklace!

Well, I've finally plucked up the courage to start (and finish) this.
My friend saw my horse hair necklace that I made a little while ago and asked if she could have one made from her late horse, Megs' hair.
I've been putting it off for so long, because I'm terrified of ruining it!

Here's the (nearly) final product (I need to neaten it up a bit)

I hope she likes it! I'm going to surprise her when we go and see Monty Roberts next month

I wish I'd have been able to have something like this done from 'my' mares tail. Unfortunately her tail had been cut off so wouldn't have got much
