Horse has 4 bleeding chestnuts?

Hi
One of our mares has come in with 4 bleeding and falling off chestnuts... very strange
one has fallen off and the other 3 are hanging off. Theyre all oosing, front ones worse than back. Theyre quite sore as well, as expected!

Any ideas?

Pemphigus (sp)? maybe ring your vet fairly quickly and get advice. Hopefully it isn't this but better to be safe. Good luck keep us updated xxx
