Hydrogen peroxide is really good get a seringe and squirt all over the sole, make sure you get in the clefts of the frog.

sudocrem is good, or sudocrem mixed with a few drops of eucalyptus oil is even better, believe me it works! i also use stockholm tar, that works well too.

Any of the above are really good I would vouch for any of them. Also borax diluted is meant to be good for flushing out too as a friend whose mare suffers with it has used it.
My lads had a touch of it before the farrier came last month. I treated it with the borax and water and then switched to watered down hydrogen peroxide ( as was unsure about using it neat, unless you can not 100% sure about that so played it safe). Gave them a good srcub beforehand and used a syringe and squirted it and then used purple spray afterwards.
Both were turned out afterwards but with the fields being as muddy as they are its a losing battle.
Farrier said they were ok when he saw them and said had done well with it.
It vanished in my lad but he only had a touch in his two hind feet as that is where it is most common.
The cob though has deep clefts and a very good friend of mine has the same problem with one of her cobs who has deep clefts.
I have not used the peroxide since but will have to start doing it again to keep on top until the pesky mud dries up a bit, as he has it again and this time it is worst in one of his front feet.
Natural oils are good and anything which is a natural antiseptic like lavender, tea tree and ecalyptus is good.
It's just a matter of keeping on top of it wherever you can and try and keep it as clean as you can. When I was reading up about it I discovered that the bacteria is killed by oxygen so fresh air circulating around the hoof is the best defence really. But in practical terms that is near high impossible lol due to where the thrush is and horses being what they are.
Have heard sudocrem is good, I've used it for a number of things and a friend has used it for thrush too.
Stockholm tar is very good too as pine is an excellent natural antiseptic and due to its sticky nature it can be smeared on pretty easily.
Good luck with it though and hope you manage to crack it
