Horse has urticaria I think - supplements help?

Horse has come up in lumps and lots of them, think urticaria. They have been getting worse over the past 3 days.
So I have stabled him and removed his cereal feed from his diet. Looking at getting some Echinacea or Naf D-Tox, does anyone have any experience with either or any other help.

When mine was having problems combining Global Herbs Restore with Immuplus helped a little.

However ultimately it was about finding the cause and eliminating it. After weeks of food exclusion it turned out not to be food at all. When he was allergy tested they found about 15 different triggers however one of the worst turned out to be shavings and other wood based bedding. I moved in the end which fixed it but the shaving are the only thing that still provoke a reaction.
