Has anyone used this site before..?? I ordered a JW noseband off it over 1 month ago, never got it, I have emailed, left messages and go ZERO reply.

I cannot comment on this saddlery but I have had problems with Forever Leather (please don't buy this leather product off the internet as they take your money and you do not receive the product!) I have had to go through Trading Standards. My problem is still ongoing, but a threat of talking to them MAY get a response from them:
