Felt the need to share here as I'm sure nobody I know would get me (I'm hoping you all do) but I honestly feel like after every lesson I'm on a complete high so just wanted to share, I can't explain how incredibly happy I feel everytime I have some time with the horse.
Lessons are going so well, I'm 3 x 30 min lessons in and today I went unassisted (watched and instructed from the edge of the arena) for the full lesson and now have a nice (so I'm told) rising trot. I know that not every lesson will go brilliantly and there'll be ups and downs but right now I'm so happy and feel I'm a lot further than I expected to be at this stage.
