Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has advertised their horse for sale on the named website? I was recommended selling a hunter on Horse Hunter website and I have been receiving strange emails from people who want to buy my horse they want my address to send money and then have someone come to collect her for exporting (which was not mentioned until the last email!). The content of the other emails had me concerned, the person wrote like we had spoke about the horse being exported and said that she was not to have any medication in her system before being collected etc.

Has anyone else had any experiences like this from this site or any other?

its a well known scam and can happen on any site. just ignore the emails and if you have any worries just ask people to ring you that will see if they are genuine or not.

I sold two horses to very genuine people on Horse Hunter.
I did get a strange email from a man about having my ex racer exported - I just ignored it told him the horse was sold and reported it too horsewatch. He didint contact me again and my horse found a lovley home
