Horse Hunting - can anyone help

A friend of mine is looking for a horse and whilst she's not been looking for long summer is ticking by.

She is after a fairly chunky chap around 16.1 to 16.3hh between 6yrs and 12yrs that can carry her husband out hacking and that she can do a little bit of showing, dressage and tiny bit of jumps. Super safe but not a plod. She's in Devon but is prepared to travel far and wide. Budget up to about £4k I think.

I think she prefers an Irish stamp of horse but is not fussy but it mustn't have any quirks.

I know of one near us - someone i know sent the ad to me as they know we're looking and know the owner but OH doesn't like stocky horses so discounted him.

£7k is probably not unreasonable for such a saint I'm pretty sure its way over budget though.
