We planned to see two horses today at complete different ends of the spectrum to compare and see what would suit me best.
So this first is a absolutly stunning trakhener woww he was amazing! Unbroken 15hh 3yo. The people who own the stud are lovely, my mum met them at YHL as they had one of their mares there. They also had the cutest little puppy which I just wanted to take home
We saw all of his brothers and sisters and they were all stunning aswell and we was gawping over their beautiful stallions. If anyone is looking for a horse PM me and I'll send you their details I cannot recommend them enough such lovely people, even offered to back him for free and if we had any problems they offered to have him back for us and sort it out!
Unfortuantly he hurt his leg in the field, its just superficial and hes not completly sound atm so we didn't see him move which is a shame bt we saw his brothers and sisters. So were going back when he's better so we can see him properlly
The second pony was a 14.1 been there done it got the t-shirt type. Sounded absolutly lovely but I asked my mum what breed he was she didn't know as this wasn't in the advert so we rung up and found out he was welsh
alarm bells are going off (me and welshies do not get on) so we rung and cancelled for the best really saves wasting their time.
But on the way back we only come across the hunt
So started following for a little bit which was great fun and we really got to test the 4x4 on the car. They went out of sight and after a long cold day we decided to head back but only to come across the other hunt in the same area that day just 20mins down the road, just in time to see the huntsman fall off, which after we found out he was okay we had a right giggle
Then we get home and the pony from our PC which we are interested in who has been turned away because his rider has a very badly broken foot, well the owner found out about Koko and rung us to say I can bring said pony in get some shoes on him and start riding him so you can try him
So we get the email saying he is ready to try today so very excited now as our empty stable may be filled sooner then we think
So after a long, cold and exciting day I feel a bit more on track and very excited about horse hunting
