Flamin hell....am I being totally thick...but is he/she just been dumped or what? nice to see it has straw and hay....and in good nic but wtf is it doing at a train station??????

Looks like its outside the train station in my opinion. Also looks tethered, not tied to fence - probably the rope is under the straw...

Not a fan of tethering, but this horse does look in good condition, with plenty of decent hay, and clean straw to stand on, so it doesn't look like one to particularly worry about. Perhaps there is water out of shot, or they water it various times a day? Doesn't look in any distress.
