Horse Insurance Claim

My horse had a pedal bone scrape back in December which the insurance have paid out for, and a few weeks ago she started to look lame again so got the vet back he xrayed the foot and found nothing wrong, so we nerve blocked again and she has done something else higher up in the leg possible tendon or ligament, so she is booked to go down to Newmarket next Tuesday to have it scanned, now in regards to my ongoing claim would this new problem just be put through this claim or should I call the insurance and explain whats happened and start a new claim for the new problem.

New problem, new claim, you may require all the money if it needs lots of investigations or treatment, unless the vet feels the two are linked you will be better off starting again.
